Administrators often do not have the time to manage the technology at their schools, but they may be willing to allow a capable team of volunteers to help. Creating a guiding Parent-Teacher Technology Group may help administrators turn their schools into the technology center they never knew existed! The group starts by gently providing administrators with an easy-to-use road map. The group holds regular meetings and provides lots of feedback on their progress. Soon, everyone will be on the same Web 2.0 page, and school technology will be used more efficiently!
